Custom Sales Documents and Multiple Property Sales
If you have a Custom Terms Sale Template or a Custom Cash Sale Template, you’ll have to make some changes to these documents in order to use the multiple property sales feature.
First, you will need to go to the edit templates function under organization, choose your organization and choose the document you wish to revise.
Add Single/Multiple Property Only Blocks

For example, in the default Cash Sale Template, there is a section with such blocks like this:

That part will look like this for a sale with only one property:

And like this for a sale with more than one property:

Notice how the block for single property won't show in the case of more than one property and vice-versa.
Add Appendix A: Properties/APN Up until now, when a sale includes more than one property we've been adding an Appendix with the properties legal descriptions and APNs that's referenced within the documents. You can add this Appendix with this button:

For example, in the default Cash Sale Document Template, you can see it in the end of the document after a new line, and inside of a Multiple-Property-Only Block:

When generated, this will look like this in the document:

Note:
So far, this Appendix has been added by code to the end of generated multi-property sale documents, without need of including any markup for it in the template itself: if the sale has more than one property, the appendix is added no matter what document template is being used.
In order to provide the feature to edit cash sales and terms sales templates, I had to change this so that the Appendix part is editable, and not forced upon the users whenever they have a multiple-property sale. That's why this "Appendix A" button is included. The user can choose to include the Appendix in their documents or not.
However, in order to keep backwards-compatibility for users who are not going to change their sales documents through the editor and are counting with this Appendix A being added to their documents just like it's been so far, all the documents that are not edited through the Document Editor will stay the same. That means that for users who aren't interested in editing their sales documents in the editor, they can keep them the way they are and the Appendix will be added to the end of their documents just like before.
But any document template edited in the editor will have the Appendix included only if the user chooses to include it. In the default document templates (that can be loaded from the editor menu) the Appendix is included at the end, but the user can delete it if they want.
