My list won't upload

Q: I'm trying to upload my list here, but every time I upload it, it doesn't show up. Doesn't give me an error message or anything. Just doesn't upload. It's like nothing happened at all.

A: First, you should delete all of the columns you are not uploading into LGPass. These are things like legal description, email address, account numner, etc. If it's not being uploaded into LGPass, it should be be on your upload file.

Second, make sure you have all of the required files. For best practices, you should be using the template here or at minimum make sure you have all of these fields AND nothing more.

Third, you should make sure you do not have fields that are blank, like missing States, Addresses, etc. This is what is referred to as scrubbing the list.
