Do Not Mail Process
A user asks - if I click the "DO NOT MAIL" or "BAD ADDRESS" on a mailer, will that prevent any future mail going out to these addresses?
Remailing produced a $1 offer
I used the Remailing Feature this evening and I'm having an issue with the pricing of my list. I do not want to change my offer price. So, according to Scott Todd's instructions (video) I selected "Percentage" and entered "0" just as he did in the instructional video. However, when I reviewed the letters and the info in LG Pass (file attached) the offer amount is incorrect. For example, you will see that some of them are priced at $525. The larger parcels below are priced at $1. This is incorrect. The original price was $1,100 not $1. Why is the offer price being changed from $1,100 to $1?
I can't update the Owners Address
When trying to update an address, the "Owner's Address" field is not updating in the mailing tab. It reverts to the prior address
How to I prevent an offer from being mailed when buying Wholesale?
I am trying to enter a property I bought from WS in LGPass. I noticed the only way to start the whole LGPass process I have to first enter the whole seller in the mailing list and treat it as a regular seller to start the process. It is a good practice to simulate and practice due diligence and closing stage on my WS property on LGPass, however, I would like to know if there is a way to make sure it won't be fed to log for mailing since it is still one contact in the mailing list
