Remailing produced a $1 offer

The issue is that when you created the larger parcel records, you made the offer amount $1,100 not 1100. When we attempted to add to the string you uploaded, it produced the number 1, had your original offer amount had been the true number the system would not have produced a 1.

BEST PRACTICE

The best practice for uploading offer prices in LGPass is to use numbers only, no commas or currency signs. In excel do not turn on the currency option, LGPass will add the $ to the offer amount on the letter.
