Dashboard Numbers are Blank

Q: On the home screen, the numbers for mailing in the past 30 days, responses in the last 45 days, and accepted offers in the last 45 days do not populate a new number other than zero.

A: These numbers are for the primary organization only. If you are mailing under a secondary organization, the numbers won't appear.

Q: Ok. Is there a way to delete those other organizations?

A: If you have mailed under those no, deleting them will delete the mailings associated with them. It is possible for us to change the primary organization - if you would like us to change the organization, we need to know what organization should be the primary organization. Please provide that in your support ticket.
