Deed Titling this is how you acquire the title to a property and has a bearing on your legal ownership. This information is printed on your deeds when you buy and sell.

Terms
Grantor - Someone who conveys property to another. You are the Grantor when selling the land.
Grantee - One to whom property is conveyed. You are the Grantee when buying the land.
Useage of Deed Titling in LGPass
There are two locations where deed titling is used in LGPass.

Organization record - Under Organizations, each organization would have a unique Deed Titling. We use the Organization deed titlings when buying the land as the Grantee and when selling the land as the Grantor.

On the Sales record - When adding or editing a sale. We use the Sales deed titing as the Grantee on the Sales Deed.
What address should I use for Deed Titling?
You should use the address that you want tax bills and the deed returned to.
Can this be a PO Box?
Sure, any address will work.
