From the Organization record:

  • Primary Contact Name
  • Organization Name

  • Organization Deed Titling (used as the grantee)

From the Mailing record:

  • Property County

From the Due Diligence record:

  • Recorder Legal Owner (used as the grantor)
  • Legal Description

From the Closing Record:

  • Consideration
  • Seller 1 Deed Name
  • Seller 1 Address
  • Seller 2 Deed Name
