Letters say imported, yet, they don't show up in Lob

Letters are no longer sent to your indivual Lob account, in fact, you don't need a lob account.

The letters processed through LGPass use the LGPass Master Lob Account and that is how we get our lower mailing rates.

If you wish to see the letters that have been mailed, click the mailing records and look for the bottom for "Remote File", that is a copy of your letter that was sent.

Additionally, your LGPass dashboard will show you the mailing history and billing history from your account on the LGPass dashboard.
