Lob - How do I see my offer letters?

The easiest way to see the letters you have is to go to your mailings in LGPass and click on the record, on the bottom of each record is a link titled, Remote File, click that and that will display the letter we have created and mailed.

Remember, LGPass mails all of the letters via the LGPass Master Lob Account, a individual Lob account is no longer support or needed.

How do I know what is going out?

On the homepage of LGPass, you will notice a block called Mailing Cost, you can click the detail link in that block to get a daily update of what has been mailed. You can click through to see the actual letters as well.

It says I have not been billed yet?
