My Deed is Blank

Blank Deeds are often a result of an invalid state abbreviaiton being used on the mailing tab. Often times what happens is that you might upload a list with the state name spelled out, like New Mexico (NM), however LGPass works with State Abbreviations, thus we would truncate that to NE, which is the state code for Nebraska.

Prior to opening a ticket, please double check the state listed on the mailing tab and when opening a ticket, please advise of the state the deed is for.
