Due Diligence - Using the & symbol for Joint Owners

If you are trying to purchase a property from joint owners, you should use the word and to separate their names and not the & symbol.

Some counties will reject a deed with the & symbol, so the best practices is to use the word and in the Recorder: Legal Owner Field.
