January 2022 Update

There were a number of updates made to LGPass in the January 2022 update, some are minor internal fixes, others include:

• The ability to change themes: https://ior.ad/802w

• Formatting on the Offer Letter: LGPass didn't put a comma in the offer letter, this has been resolved.

• Improvements to the comments section: https://ior.ad/80bR

  • All comment sections (organization, mailing, marketing and sales) will display all comments for the current record, no matter who's viewing the page, as long as the user can see the page
  • Tag feature: You can tag as many users in the comment as you want. The users available are the same that were available previously via dropdown.
  • In order to tag a user, start writing @ and the list of users will show up. You can change the selection with the keys "up" and "down", and pick the selected one with "enter", or you can click the name too.
  • You can use the tag for as many users as you want, even more than once per comment, but only one mail will be sent per tagged user and comment.

• GeekPay link field in Sales: We've added a GeekPay lnk field so you can easily reference your buyers account in GeekPay, it can be found between Additional Properties In Sale and Source of Sale in the edit sales page.
