How to I prevent an offer from being mailed when buying Wholesale?
I am trying to enter a property I bought from WS in LGPass. I noticed the only way to start the whole LGPass process I have to first enter the whole seller in the mailing list and treat it as a regular seller to start the process. It is a good practice to simulate and practice due diligence and closing stage on my WS property on LGPass, however, I would like to know if there is a way to make sure it won't be fed to log for mailing since it is still one contact in the mailing list

I currently use LG Pass for my mailings only. I want to start using it to create deeds when I purchase or sell properties. Where do I go to create a deed for specific counties? If I go to Sales>Add Sales, it requires me to choose a property. Is there another way?
Letters say imported, yet, they don't show up in Lob
A user reported that they were importing the offer letters and LGPass was saying import success, however, then they looked in Lob, there was not record of them.
Sales - Deed doesn't show the Buyer's name (Grantee)
A user indicated that the buyer's name did not appear on the deed in the sales module.
